These Terms and Conditions govern your access to, use of, and purchase of courses, lessons, and related services offered by Namwan Teaching Thai. This includes all courses and private lessons provided by Kruu Namwan. By enrolling in any course or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Self-Study Course

Access: Lifetime access to the course materials for as long as the course and platform remain available.
Format: Pre-recorded video lessons, interactive quizzes, and downloadable study materials.
Platform: SchoolMaker (online learning platform).
Availability: Study anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
Price: As stated on the course sales page (one-time payment).
Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase by contacting contact@namwanteachingthai.com.
Account Access: Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Content Protection: All course materials including videos, quizzes, audio, and documents are protected by copyright and are for personal educational use only. Distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
Platform Disclaimer: In the unlikely event that the hosting platform (e.g., SchoolMaker) or Namwan Teaching Thai discontinues or undergoes major technical changes, continued access to the course cannot be guaranteed. However, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative access or support.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD, and payments are processed securely through our online system.
Refund Policy:
Because this is a digital course with immediate access to materials upon payment, refunds are available only within 3 days of purchase and only if you have not accessed or started the lessons.
- Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.
- To request a refund, please contact contact@namwanteachingthai.com within the 3-day window, including your purchase details and reason for the request.
- After 3 days or once the course has been accessed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Access Activation:
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your self-study course via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio files, text, images, quizzes, worksheets, and any downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Namwan Teaching Thai and are protected by international copyright laws.
By purchasing or enrolling in a course, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to the content for your own learning purposes only.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, upload, or make the content publicly available on any platform or with any third party without written permission from Namwan Teaching Thai.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of course materials may result in the termination of your accountwithout refund and could lead to legal action under applicable copyright laws.

4. Code of Conduct & User Responsibilities

To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment, all students are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

Each enrollment is for one individual user only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, downloading, or recording of course materials is not allowed.
Inappropriate behavior in any associated community, discussion forums, or communication channels will not be tolerated.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
- Any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful conductwill result in immediate termination of course access without refund.
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of course materials will also lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Students agree to use the website and platform only for lawful and educational purposes.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

All course materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Namwan Teaching Thai makes no guaranteesregarding specific learning outcomes or results.
Students are responsible for their own progress, participation, and practice outside of lessons.
Namwan Teaching Thai shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website, course materials, or online platform.
In the event of technical issues, temporary outages, or platform maintenance, every reasonable effort will be made to restore access as soon as possible. However, no compensation or refundswill be issued for downtime or interruptions beyond our control.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your participation in the course is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your own learning experience.
